THE HARMONIOUS INTERIORS EXPERIENCE 

Working with Harmonious Interiors makes the organizing process efficient and easier.

 PHONE CALL. It all starts with a quick phone call to begin to address the area. We will talk about what you are looking for and what your timeline is.

IN PERSON CONSULTATION. Next is an in person consultation. No need to clean up or do anything else as it helps to see the full situation. This is where we will talk through more specifics and come up with a plan. It will last about a half hour. We also will schedule the work. The project will be booked within three weeks of the in person consultation unless specific requests are made. Projects will be booked in a minimum of four hour increments.

THE WORK BEGINS.  Together, we will navigate the project. You are an integral part of the process. Though a lot of the work will be on the organizer, your participation is key. You will be needed to help declutter, to decide what to keep, what to trash and what to rehome. We then will work together to help establish better organizational systems that fit your needs. 

THE END.  At the end of each day together, we will do a check in to determine if there are additional needs and to recap our time together. After checking out, Harmonious Interiors will leave with the clutter and the trash (within reason).

PAYMENT

 PHONE CALL. There is no cost to this.

IN PERSON CONSULTATION.  In person consultations are always included when there is a booking completed within three weeks of the consultation. If there is not a project booked within three weeks, there will be a fee.

THE WORK BEGINS.  Projects will be booked at a flat hourly rate.  Minimum of a four hour booking is required. Quotes as to how long a project will take may vary significantly to the final amount of time. The speed in which we finish a project will be determined by each specific project and the process of working together.

CANCELLATIONS - There is a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. If the appointment is canceled in less than 24 hours, 50% of the booked time will be billed.

NO SHOWS - If the organizer arrives at the scheduled time and no one is present, the organizer will reach out one time and wait a total of 10 minutes. If the client does not arrive, the organizer will leave and 100% of the booked time will be billed.

WEATHER - There will be no exceptions to the above allowed due to inclement weather.

TRAVEL - There are no additional fees for travel unless the destination is more than 15 miles from
